Noticeable tropes :
- Take Over the City: Then there's this brand of villain. Either they set their sights low out of practicality, or it just doesn't occur to them to aim higher. Whatever the reason, they focus their plans in one specific location - usually the City of Adventure where the heroes happen to also live. The particular location could be Step One in an ultimate take over the world scheme.
- Eviler than Thou: In the Big Bad business, There Can Be Only One, and it had better not be you when I'm Eviler than Thou. Two villains are rivals, each wreaking havoc in their own special way. For instance, one is direct and violent, while the other is a cowardly but clever schemer. Or one is selfish and the other is a Well-Intentioned Extremist. Each one has the potential to be the one and only Big Bad. The heroes are caught in the middle between two completely different threats, and have to be flexible enough to stop both.
- Villainous Friendship, Type I(contrast w/ Hugo): The Big Bad and The Dragon are truly the best of friends, with complete trust and devotion between the two. Their relationship can range from True Companions to Heterosexual Life-Partners to perhaps even something deeper. The two truly care about each other's well-being, and both look out for the other. If The Hero threatens the Big Bad, then you can bet that The Dragon will be right around the corner to smash his face in. In the case that The Dragon isn't a person but rather a creature under the Big Bad's employ (say, for instance, an actual dragon), the Big Bad treats him with care and respect, and in return The Dragon protects her and her cause with undying loyalty and ferocity.
Relationships :
HUGO - Being by her side in combat, and also giving her no questions with her goal, Hugo is an obvious ally to Green. It seems like only she herself understands the nature of Hugo, although his reason of being in this battle remains unknown. She values him greatly because he does exactly what she tells him to without a crude remark. If an attack is in order, he does just that. There are times even without having to ask, he does what is best only for her. He's quiet, she'll give him that. Never once has he spoken a word to her, as a majority of his emotions are only assumed by his grunts or the placement of his eyebrows. Hugo provides Green strength, courage, and in a way, comfort, although a majority of it is one sided, only due to her orders. She won't admit it, but she probably wouldn't have gotten very far without him.
FABLE - Never once did Green have any positive thoughts of her. The City was in foolish hands, and Green was completely aware of that, so Fable became the enemy, her rival for the chance at power. Even if she is a kid, that doesn't mean she will hold back, because she has been on the canvas just as long, yet she's just in a better position to rule. Fable thinks the opposite of this, taking her as a threat, when really, its just nature calling for her to pack her fucking bags and leave. There in no admiration, no "princess", no "guard" to the throne, only wisps of color and blood splatters, and
CHEV - In the beginning, Chev did not seem like too much of a threat to her, yet, as Hugo involved himself with him, things intensified. It was only natural to take him as a threat if Hugo did, so he was written in her book on the side of Fable's. It was later proven that the two of them may really, truly be on the same side, as Chev began to spend more time by her, rather than being by herself. Admittingly, Green is envious of this fact, considering that in the beginning he was rebelling her, and it would've been efficient to have another piece in her game. Yet, it was due to his actions that it distracted Fable enough for her to storm The City. As much as she hates him now, Green continually tries to coax Chev into believing that he's fighting for the wrong thing.
